Результаты анкетирования показали: помещения для обработки эндоскопов не выделены в 23,2% ЛПО (в 2006 г. - 64,4%); преобладает ручной способ обработки (77% в2014 г.против 94,1% в 2006 г) в емкостях; 20,5% ЛПО для ДВУ используют средства, не обладающие спороцидными свойствами (в 2006 г. - 33,3% ЛПО); техническое оснащение моюще-дезинфицирующими машинами, шкафами для сушки и хранения эндоскопов с 2006 года значимо не изменилось; медицинский персонал для обработки эндоскопов выделен только в 4,5% эндоскопических подразделений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>For comparative (with 2006) estimates of the system of epidemiological safety of endoscopic manipulations were interviewed 1066 endoscopic units 46 of the administrative territories of the Russian Federation. Rooms for endoscope reprocessing is not equipped in 23.2% of hospitals (in 2006 - 64,4%); the manual way of reprocessing (77% in 2014 against 94.1% in 2006) in containers prevails; 28.5% of hospitals for the HLD use the disinfectants without a sporocidal activity (in 2006 - 33.3% of hospitals); the technical equipment for AERs, cabinets for drying and storage of endoscopes since 2006 significantly didn't change; the medical staff for endoscope reprocessing allocated only in 4.5% of endoscopic units.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эндоскопические манипуляции</kwd><kwd>эпидемиологическая безопасность</kwd><kwd>обработка эндоскопов</kwd><kwd>endoscopic manipulation</kwd><kwd>epidemiological safety</kwd><kwd>processing of endoscopes</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Epstein L., Hunter J.C., Arwady M.A., Tsai V., Stein L., Gribogiannis M.
