В последнее время во всем мире отмечается рост заболеваемости раком головы и шеи. Рак головы и шеи – одна из самых распространенных форм рака, на которую приходится 5–10% всех онкологических заболеваний в мире. В структуре смертности от рака он занимает 8-е место. </p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Осветить основные факторы риска развития злокачественных новообразований головы и шеи, а также этиологическую роль вируса папилломы человека. </p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. В настоящее время именно рост распространенности вирусных инфекций считается основной причиной увеличения заболеваемости плоскоклеточным раком области головы и шеи, причем данная патология чаще наблюдается среди некурящих мужчин средних лет с высоким социально-экономическим статусом, имеющих орально-генитальные половые контакты с несколькими половыми партнерами, а также плохой стоматологический статус.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Recently, there has been an increase in the incidence of head and neck cancer throughout. Head and neck cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer, accounting for 5-10% of all cancers in the world. In the structure of cancer it takes 8th place. </p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Highlight the main risk factors for the development of malignant neoplasms of the head and the etiological role of the human papillomavirus. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
