Установлена обратная сильная корреляционная связь между охватом профилактическими прививками против гриппа и заболеваемостью этой инфекцией. Показано, что в результате проведенной иммунизации к началу эпидсезона 2013 - 2014 годов около 40% образцов сыворотки крови, собранных в 25 регионах России, были позитивными к вакцинным штаммам вируса гриппа. Для обеспечения необходимого уровня популяционного иммунитета, который будет препятствовать распространению эпидемии гриппа и способствовать снижению заболеваемости этой инфекцией в Российской Федерации, необходимо вакцинировать ежегодно не менее 50% населения, при этом с охватом прививками не менее 90% лиц из групп риска.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Assessment of influence of annual seasonal vaccination on flu incidences of the Russian Federation population is carried out. The strong inverse correlation between the preventive flu vaccination coverage and the incidence of this infection is established. It is shown that the season vaccination in 2013 - 2014 result that about 40% of the samples of blood serum collected in 25 regions of Russia were positive to the vaccine influenza strains.
