<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An analysis of official statistics and monitoring of salmonella presented multiyear incidence and etiological structure of salmonella in different age groups. It is shown that the major etiologic significance of Salmonella leading serovars in toddlers (0 - 1 years) is different from that of the older age groups (1 - 2 and 3 - 6 years), which may indicate the possible significance of domestic factors of transmission of infection in this age group.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>сальмонеллез</kwd><kwd>возрастная структура</kwd><kwd>этиологическая структура</kwd><kwd>salmonellosis</kwd><kwd>age structure</kwd><kwd>etiological structure</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Данные информационного бюллетеня Референс-центра по мониторингу за сальмонеллезами; 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013: 22, 23, 24, 25.</mixed-citation><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Information bulletins reference center for monitoring salmonella number; 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013: 22, 23, 24, 25 (in Russian).</mixed-citation></citation-alternatives></ref><ref id="cit2"><label>2</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Данные федерального статистического наблюдения (форма № 2) «Сведения об инфекционных и паразитарных заболеваниях за 2008 - 2013 гг.».</mixed-citation><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Federal statistical observation «Information about infectious and parasitic diseases for 2008 – 2013 years» (form № 2) (in Russian).</mixed-citation></citation-alternatives></ref><ref id="cit3"><label>3</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Демин И.А., Брусина Е.Б.
