Актуальность. По оценке экспертов ВОЗ, в мире каждый год более 10% детей (около 15 млн) рождается преждевременно. Дети, рожденные прежде срока, имеют высокий риск неблагоприятного течения инфекционных заболеваний, включая вакциноуправляемые, по причине недостаточности материнских антител, активная передача которых происходит в третьем триместре беременности. Цель. Изучить переносимость вакцины Вактривир® детьми раннего возраста, родившимися недоношенными. Материалы и методы. В исследовании участвовали дети (средний возраст 1,7 ± 0,6 лет, родившиеся преждевременно с массой тела менее 2500 г.), включенные в группа изучения. В группу сравнения вошли дети, родившиеся в срок и сопоставимые по полу и возрасту с детьми из группы изучения. Результаты и обсуждение. Введение вакцины Вактривир® детям, родившимся недоношенными, подтвердило высокий профиль безопасности препарата. Не было отмечено отклонений от физиологической нормы в показателях общего и биохимического анализов крови, общего анализа мочи и содержания иммуноглобулинов IgA, IgM, IgG, IgE в динамике. В поствакцинальном периоде отсутствовали нежелательные побочные эффекты, что подтверждает хорошую переносимость препарата. Заключение. На практике подтвержден высокий профиль безопасности и хорошая переносимость отечественной тривакцины Вактривир® при иммунизации недоношенных детей.

Relevance. According to WHO experts, in the world every year more than 10% of children (about 15 million) are born prematurely. Premature births have a high risk of adverse course of infectious diseases, including vaccine-preventable diseases due to insufficient maternal antibodies, active transmission of which occurs in the third semester of pregnancy. Aim. To study the tolerability of Vactrivir® vaccine in infants born prematurely. Materials and methods. The children (mean age 1.7 ± 0.6 years, born prematurely with a body weight of less than 2500 g) included in the study group participated in the study. The control group consisted of years born at term and comparable in sex and age with the children in the study group. Results. The administration of Vaktrivir® vaccine to infants born prematurely confirmed the high safety profile of the drug. There were no deviations from the norm in general and biochemical blood tests, general urinalysis, and the content of immunoglobulins IgA, IgM, IgG, IgE in the dynamics. There were no undesirable side effects in the postvaccination period, which confirms good tolerability of the drug. Conclusion. In practice, the high safety profile and good tolerability of the domestic tetravaccine Vaktrivir® for immunization of premature infants have been confirmed.
