Поиск информативных маркеров для оценки иммунологической эффективности вакцины живой чумной (ВЧЖ) остается актуальной научной задачей.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Провести сравнительную оценку уровня активации Т-лимфоцитов хелперов привитых против чумы людей по маркерам CD69 и HLA-DR в тесте in vitro с использованием в качестве специфического стимулятора ультразвукового дезинтеграта клеток Y. pestis, выращенных при температуре 28оС (УЗДК).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен цитофлуориметрический анализ образцов крови 45 лиц, привитых против чумы. Выявлена зависимость результата цитологического анализа по двум исследуемым клеточным маркерам от показателя иммунорегуляторного индекса у вакцинируемого донора на момент прививки.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что для впервые вакцинированных лиц характерна более интенсивная и длительная специфическая активация Т-хелперов по маркеру ранней активации, в то время как у ревакцинированных с иммунорегуляторным индексом на момент прививки выше 1,5 более интенсивная клеточная реакция была по маркеру поздней активации.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Подтверждена возможность количественной оценки иммунологической эффективности вакцинации против чумы, основанной на выявлении маркеров активации лимфоцитов при стимуляции специфическим антигеном.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. The search for informative markers for assessing the immunological efficacy of a live plague vaccine remains an urgent scientific task. The goal of the study</p><p>Aims was to make a comparative assessment of the level helper T-cells activation by CD69 and HLA-DR markers, in people, vaccinated against plague, in an in vitro test, using the disintegrated by ultrasonic Y. pestis cells, grown at temperature 28 °C as a specific stimulator.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials &amp; Methods</title><p>Materials &amp; Methods. A cytofluorimetric analysis of blood samples of 45 individuals vaccinated against the plague was carried out. The dependence of the result of cytological analysis of the two studied cell markers on the immunoregulatory index (IRI) of the vaccinated donor at the time of vaccination was revealed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was found that for newly vaccinated individuals, the T-helpers were more intensive and prolonged by the early activation marker, while for those revaccinated with the immunoregulatory index, at the time of vaccination more than 1.5, the more intense cellular response was by the late activation marker.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
