Норовирусная инфекция в настоящее время считается самой частой причиной спорадических случаев и внебольничных вспышек острого гастроэнтерита (ОГЭ) в мире [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. Вместе с тем вспышки инфекций, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи (ИСМП), также нередко обусловлены норовирусом [2,3].Цель. Анализ ключевых аспектов профилактики и противоэпидемических мероприятий норовирусной инфекции (НВИ) в гематологическом отделении.Материалы и методы. Использованы эпидемиологические методы исследования: описательный (интенсивность, динамика, пространственная характеристика вспышки НВИ); аналитический – продольное когортное исследование эпидемического процесса ИСМП – оценка гипотез о причинах и условиях, факторах риска и пути передачи норовируса среди пациентов и ухаживающих лиц в онкогематологическом отделении детской многопрофильной больницы.Результаты и обсуждение. Выявлена вспышка острого норовирусного гастроэнтерита заносного характера в онкогематологическом отделении детской многопрофильной больницы в феврале 2023 г. Проведен анализ распространения НВИ: установлен предполагаемый источник и механизм передачи норовирусной инфекции; показана хронология распространения норовируса среди пациентов и ухаживающих за ними лиц; представлен перечень противоэпидемических мероприятий, осуществленных в целях купирования вспышки; отражены сложности верификации эпидемиологического диагноза ИСМП (по факту оперативности проведения лабораторных исследований материала от больных).Заключение. По результатам проведенных мероприятий, предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию профилактических и противоэпидемических мероприятий при ОГЭ в детском онкогематологическом отделении.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. Noroviruses are currently considered the most common cause of sporadic cases and community-acquired outbreaks of acute gastroenteritis (AGE) worldwide [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. However, outbreaks of healthcare-associated infections (HAI) are also often caused by norovirus etiology [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit2">2</xref>], including in the Russian Federation [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit3">3</xref>].Aim. Analysis of key aspects of prevention and anti-epidemic measures against norovirus infection (NVI) in the hematology department.Materials and methods. The following epidemiological research methods were used: descriptive (intensity, dynamics, spatial characteristics of the NVI outbreak); analytical – longitudinal cohort study of the epidemic process of HAI – assessment of hypotheses about the causes and conditions, risk factors and routes of transmission of norovirus among patients and caregivers in the oncohematology department of the children's multidisciplinary hospital.Results and discussion. An outbreak of acute norovirus gastroenteritis of an imported nature was identified in the oncohematology department of a children's multidisciplinary hospital in February 2023, an analysis of the spread of NVI was carried out: the presumed source and mechanism of transmission of norovirus infection was established; the chronology of the spread of norovirus among patients and their caregivers is shown, a list of anti-epidemic measures taken to stop the outbreak is presented, and the difficulties of verifying the epidemiological diagnosis of HAI are reflected (based on the efficiency of laboratory testing of material from patients).Conclusion.
