Вспышки, спорадические случаи и межконтинентальные завозы холеры Бенгал, вызываемые выявленной впервые в 1992 г. Vibrio cholerae O139 серогруппы, отмечаются ежегодно преимущественно в Азии. V. cholerae O139 и V. cholerae О1 генетически родственны, и вызываемая ими болезнь протекает одинаково.Цель. Охарактеризовать распространение холеры Бенгал в России и мире во взаимосвязи со свойствами V. cholerae O139.Результаты. Приведены данные об эпидемических проявлениях холеры Бенгал во взаимосвязи с фенотипическими и молекулярно-биологическими свойствами V. cholerae О139. Описана эволюция генома и последовательные события интродукции V. cholerae O139.Заключение. Регистрация единичных случаев холеры Бенгал в последнее десятилетие, выявление в Китае больного холерой, вызванной V. cholerae O139 с геном ctxAB+, лекарственная устойчивость к ряду антибиотиков делает холеру Бенгал в настоящее время существенной проблемой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. Major outbreaks, sporadic cases and intercontinental shipments of Bengal cholera caused by Vibrio cholerae O139 occurred from 1992 to 2018 in 26 countries, including 16 Asian countries.Аim. To characterize the spread of Bengal cholera in the world, including in Russia, in relation to the properties of V. cholerae O139.Results. Data on epidemic manifestations of Bengal cholera in the world, including in Russia, in relation to the phenotypic and molecular biological properties of V. cholerae O139 strains are presented. The evolution of their genome and the successive events of the introduction of V. cholerae O139 are described. Conclusion.
