Несмотря на достаточно полное изучение многих аспектов гепатита С (ГС) – эпидемиологии, диагностики, клиники, иммунологии и др., – инфекция остается во многом нерешенной проблемой из-за высокой распространенности, трудности диагностики острой стадии болезни, частых неблагополучных исходов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал</title><p>Материал. В обзоре использовались научные информационные базы данных (eLIBRARY.RU, Киберленинка, Федеральная электронная медицинская библиотека, PubMed). Глубина изучения – 5 лет, с ретроспективой 20 лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Проблема ГС в настоящее время является предметом широкого внимания и глубокого изучения во многих странах. В частности, в РФ, в рамках внедрения Национальной стратегии элиминации гепатита С, был разработан и принят план, направленный на резкое снижение заболеваемости этой инфекцией к 2030 г.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. In the world, the study of many aspects of hepatitis C (HC) – epidemiology, diagnostics, clinic, immunology, etc. – the infection remains largely an unresolved problem of public health due to the high prevalence, the difficulty of diagnosing the acute stage of the disease, frequent unfavorable outcomes.</p></sec><sec><title>Aims</title><p>Aims. Analysis of scientific publications concerning the problem of hepatitis C in children.</p></sec><sec><title>Material</title><p>Material. The review used scientific information databases (eLIBRARY.RU, Cyberleninka, Federal electronic medical library, PubMed). The depth of study is 5 years, with a 20-year retrospective.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The problem of HCV is currently the subject of widespread attention and in-depth study in many countries.
