В статье представлены результаты эпидемиологического наблюдательного аналитического исследования типа «случай- контроль» о заболеваемости привитых и не привитых против пневмококковой инфекции детей от 2-х месяцев до 2-х лет. Анализу подвергнуто 1422 амбулаторных карт и 356 историй болезни детей из нескольких городов страны (Москвы, г. Смоленска, г. Севастополя, г. Перми, г. Тюмени, г. Барнаула). Установлено наличие достоверной причинно-следственной связи между отсутствием вакцинации детей против пневмококковой инфекции и частотой возникновения заболеваний Показана высокая профилактическая эффективность вакцинации детей до 2-х лет. Полученные в поликлинических и стационарных учреждениях данные свидетельствуют о том, что заболеваемость инвазивными и не инвазивными формами пневмококковой инфекции была достоверно ниже в группе вакцинированных детей Выявлено, что охват вакцинацией против пневмококковой инфекции детей от 2-х мес. до года и на втором году жизни составил 51 и 40% соответственно. Вакцинацию в первые шесть месяцев жизни в 2016 г. получили лишь 25% детей. Установлен высокий удельный вес отказа родителей от проведения вакцинации детей (54,2%) и высокая частота медицинских отводов от прививки (9,7%).
