Результаты метаанализа убедительно демонстрируют, что вакцины, содержащие сниженное количество ГА в сочетании с адъювантом ПО низкореактогенны, безопасны и индуцируют гуморальный иммунный ответ, сопоставимый с таковым для других инактивированных вакцин без адъюванта. ПО-АГ является безопасной и эффективной вакциной против гриппа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review presents a clinical expert meta-analysis of compliance with the basic requirements for safety and efficacy Of subunit influenza vaccine containing polymer Polyoxidonium (PO) as an adjuvant (PO-AG). The results of the meta-analysis convincingly demonstrate that a reduced HA dose in combination with the adjuvant PO is safe and low reactogenic and induces a humoral immune response comparable to that of other inactivated vaccines without adjuvant.
