Изучение иммунной памяти необходимо для оценки эффективности иммунопрофилактики и выбора схемы вакцинации против инфекций, в том числе – против чумы.</p><p>Цель – изучить возможную роль иммунной памяти на раннем этапе антигенспецифического ответа по уровню формирования клеток с рецепторами к капсульному и липополисахаридному антигенам чумной живой вакцины EV.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обследованы добровольцы, привитые живой чумной вакциной EV впервые (6 человек – группа 1) и повторно (6 человек – группа 2). В мононуклеарной фракции крови волонтеров определяли клетки, связывающие капсульный (F1) и липополисахаридный (ЛПС) антигены Y. pestis (КСА).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. В группе 2 у добровольцев содержание КСА через два дня после вакцинации оказалось выше, чем в группе 1. В период с 5-го дня и до конца обнаружения КСА их содержание в группе 2 снижалось, а в группе 1 – повышалось, но оставалось существенно меньше, чем в группе 2 через два дня после вакцинации.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Показано, что ранее проведенная вакцинация ускоряет первый этап антигенспецифического ответа человека на повторную вакцинацию против чумы. Это отражает роль иммунной памяти в формировании раннего этапа иммунного ответа при вакцинации против чумы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. The study of immune memory is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of immunization against infection, including plague and to make a choice of vaccination scheme.</p></sec><sec><title>Goals</title><p>Goals. The goal is to study the possible role of immune memory in the early stage of the antigen-specific response – the formation of cells with receptors for capsular (F1) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) antigens of plague live EV vaccine.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. Volunteers vaccinated with live plague vaccine EV for the first time (6 persons – group 1) and again (6 persons – group 2) were examined. In the mononuclear fraction of the blood of volunteers the cells binding antigens F1 and LPS Y. pestis (CBA) were determined.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the volunteers group 2, the content of CBA at 2 days after vaccination was higher than in group 1. Between the 5th day and the end of the CBA detection, their content in group 2 decreased, and in group 1, it increased, but remained significantly less than in group 2 two days after immunization.</p></sec><sec><title>Сonclusions</title><p>Сonclusions. It is shown that the previous vaccination accelerates the first stage of the antigen-specific human response to second vaccination against plague.
