Новые подходы в систематике представителей порядка Rickettsiales

Аннотация

Систематика и номенклатура представителей порядка Rickettsiales всегда основывалась на ограниченном количестве доступных фенотипических характеристик, что связано с их облигатной внутриклеточной локализацией. Интенсивное применение «молекулярных» технологий привело к описанию значительного количества новых видов в этой таксономической группе, а также к реклассификации некоторых её представителей. Другим символом эпохи «молекулярных» технологий стало появление видов, родов и семейств имеющих статус кандидатов («Candidatus») вследствие невозможности культивирования и изучения биологических свойств, что требуется при описании нового валидного вида. Необходимо разрешение этой проблемы, основанное на развитии и применении новых наукоёмких технологий. В обзоре представлены современные данные по систематике, номенклатуре и эволюции представителей порядка Rickettsiales, новых технологиях, подходах и методах изучения некоторых групп прокариот. Публикуемые материалы были получены при анализе зарубежных и отечественных научных публикаций, а также на основании собственных опубликованных данных. Дано новое представление о классификации и таксономии внутри рода Rickettsia.
