Вирусный гепатит С у детей

Аннотация
Актуальность. Несмотря на достаточно полное изучение многих аспектов гепатита С (ГС) – эпидемиологии, диагностики, клиники, иммунологии и др., – инфекция остается во многом нерешенной проблемой из-за высокой распространенности, трудности диагностики острой стадии болезни, частых неблагополучных исходов.
Материал. В обзоре использовались научные информационные базы данных (eLIBRARY.RU, Киберленинка, Федеральная электронная медицинская библиотека, PubMed). Глубина изучения – 5 лет, с ретроспективой 20 лет.
Заключение. Проблема ГС в настоящее время является предметом широкого внимания и глубокого изучения во многих странах. В частности, в РФ, в рамках внедрения Национальной стратегии элиминации гепатита С, был разработан и принят план, направленный на резкое снижение заболеваемости этой инфекцией к 2030 г.
