ВПЧ-ассоциированные заболевания в практике онкопроктолога

Аннотация

В статье рассматривается история открытия связи вируса папилломы человека (ВПЧ) с развитием онкологических заболеваний, анализируются факторы риска, патогенез, методы диагностики, лечения и профилактики анальной интраэпителиальной неоплазии (АИН) и плоскоклеточного рака анального канала (ПРАК). Относясь к редким, эти заболевания представляю серьезную угрозу здоровью для людей, входящих в группы высокого риска (ВИЧ-инфицированные, страдающие ВПЧ-ассоциированными заболеваниями, лица, практикующие анальный половой контакт, получающих иммуносупрессивную терапию). Необходима кооперация врачей различных специальностей для разработки эффективной системы профилактики ВПЧ-ассоциированных проктологических заболеваний. АИН не имеет стандартизированных методов диагностики и лечения. Для профилактики ВПЧассоциированных проктологических заболеваний может быть эффективна вакцинация, однако требуется более широкое изучение распространённости типов вируса в российской популяции. Данные первых исследований говорят о необходимости использования поливалентных вакцин в России.
